If btape is saying that the volume is prelabeled, it means that it
has a Bacula label that is written *before* any data is put on the
tape. This means that either the tape was never written, or
someone (not Bacula) wrote an end of file mar

It is not supposed to work. Director is very picky regarding storage version,
so it should basically be the same.
You can always try to compile the Bacula 5.2.6 Dir
okay, i guess i found the solution
the other hardware network adapter maybe reacts different than the old one
(thats my assumption)
