Thanks for making this clear, and I certainly agree with you. I wish
more people understood it. Unfortunately, I don't think Bareos agrees,
which is temporarily causing me a bit of grief.

There are actually three points:
1. Do you have legal standing to claim something (like copyright violation)?
2. Is what you are requesting the court to do something that is
permitted by the license?
3. They d

Hello Alain,
I am in the final stages of preparing for a vacation beginning early
tomorrow, so I will get back to you on this next week when I am back.
Thanks for the references to the German legal cases, I will read them
all (really).
One thing I will say is: Bareos believes and has requested t

Thanks. Another confirmation that it is now fixed would be good. If you
get it in the next week great, otherwise I will release the fixes anyway
and hopefully this bug will be behind us.

Hello,
Quite a number of you have asked me to keep you informed about the
Bacula Systems lawsuit against Bareos. If you don't want to hear about
it, please delete this email.
Bareos has responded (11 April 2014) to the Bacula Systems lawsuit that
was filed on 6 December 2013. I have now had a c

I may be able to test at the end of the month. Right now I have
continuous jobs running that I'd rather not inadvertently cancel.

Hello Josip,
Thanks for confirming that SD -> SD and the cancel issues are fixed in
the current repo. I will release a version 7.0.4 as soon as I am back
from vacation (first few days of June).
I haven't worked on the Next Pool directive issue yet -- it is next on
my list.
Best regards,
Kern

I’m not the expert, so I could be wrong, but these are a few things I noticed.
I hope if I’m wrong, whether it be completely or in a detail, someone will
correct me so I learn something from it myself.

Hello,
Yes, sorry for the inconvenience. I pushed the changes but only to the

Hello,
is there any possibility to do Bacula backup jobs only in case a
directory exists/is mounted?
We are using DRBD on a 2 node cluster. Usually the first node is
active and the backup job is running on this node. In case we have to
do a failover
