I have a CentOS 6 x64 box with dassit's packages that sends mysqld to 100%
when running a diff from a windows server with ~290Gb of data and 315k files.
The server has 12Gb ram and a decent r10 array for the volumes that normally
gets
over 80Mb/s on writes when doing a full for this same client.
