Current bweb version from bacula community 5.2.13
allows only to run backup jobs (.jobs type=B).
The attached git diff shows my modifications which
allow to run admin jobs too.

after upgrading 5.2.10 to 5.2.11 bacula-dir dies after
starting a backup job. previous version had no problems
and there was no change in configuration.

I know what i am talking about, a year ago i had to convince Kern
about a CopyDiskToTape performance problem. For me the problem was
clear from the beginning, but it took some time (emails, debug
reports,...) to be accepted.

ALTER TABLE `JobHisto` ADD PRIMARY KEY ( `JobId` )
this gave us a major speed improvement for "update stats"
it runs now in less then one second!
