I don't feel changing the window border is necessary.
The new transparency options provide a nice look and make it easily
accessible. However, the current Unity panel, with any transparency, is out
of touch with both the window titlebars and the Unity desktop. This image
serves to keep the design
I think we should change both the WINDOWS BORDERS and the UNITY PANEL to
"slick black" like what Ian said (see the "quoted text" section of this
email for more information).

That's quite a good mockup Ian.
That's said, if we change the color of the panel, I think we should also
change the color of the window borders to that "slick black", or the panel
will still look "inconsistent" when comparing to the windows' borders.

support for System76, and have for nearly a year. I've been using ubuntu
