- requires separate files (POTFILES.in, Makevars) for customization,
- the rules are not extensible, which hampers the development of new rules
for dialect or fancy PO files (like de_AT or [E

That machine was renamed to "sources.redhat.com" long ago.
But yes, that is where it is hosted.
