GNU make 3.79.0.1 pretest released

I decided that the 3.79.1 version warranted a pretest of its own, to make sure the build issues surrounding Windows, etc. are resolved before making the official 3.79.1. Thus the rather tortured pretest version. This release has just bugfixes. Get it at the usual place: http://alpha.gnu.org/
