minor typo in autoconf manual

While reading the manual found minor typo in "Shell Substitutions" section in autoconf-2.59: ``COMMANDS`' While in general it makes no sense, do not substitute a single builtin with side effects, becauase Ash 0.2, trying to optimize, does not fork a subshell to perform the command.
