The included patch surprisingly fixes the "cannot run" error in
libltdl/configure when attempting to build the latest CVS libtool with
the latest CVS autoconf.
1. AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIRS is AC_PROVIDEd
2. AC_CANONICAL_HOST requires AC_CANONICAL_BUILD
3. AC_CANONICAL_BUILD requires AC_CONFIG_AUX_
