Is there a way using asterisk that we can manipulate a remote message waiting
indicator via IS-41 messages over an SS7 link.
Does anyone have any suggestions about how this could be done with libss7 or if
there is something else we might be able to use.

To further clarify, libss7 is developed by Digium, where chan_ss7 is
developed by a company called Dicea, more information on chan_ss7 can be
