In this case, you would use a protocol like M2PA, between the 2 STPs/SGs.
I am not aware of any open source implementations of M2PA.

of Service" from the remote end.
You need to check what is happening at the remote end and why they are

possible to get asterisk to automatically detect a fax. However, I am
using chan_ss7 instead of chan_dahdi or chan_zap. Is it possible to
