Hi,
Check first any ivr calls via ss7 link. After that try to sip to sip. If
all case are ok then go for your setting. may be sip codec issue.

First Thank you all for your feedback.
The problem was resolved in my case by downgrading chan_ss7 from version
2.1.0 to 2.0.0.
No more codec alerts , and the voice is OK.
