not 100% sure, but I have doubts that having
span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
on both side is correct - you should have span=1,0,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4 on one
side - so one clock is master and the other slave
occasionnally, I've noticed than a reboot when changing these parameters has
proven more effective tha

As you are working on SS7 so you need not PRI to be installed. Check the
Trixbox ss7 version weather it is fit for you or not .
