coming or not.
also use current DPC for ss7 link up.

Take a look on this:

in "Link state change: PROVING -> ALIGNEDREADY".
The 4 of 84 means TUP, not ISUP. When you see 85, you're ok.

The other end is sending you messages for TUP (user part 4), instead of
ISUP. libss7 right now only supports ISUP for bearer control, and not TUP.
