yes, it may be the reason. i am using sangoma a101d which may not support
mtp2 signalling.
when i changed the mtp2=16 to dchan=16. ztcfg starts working well but
asterisk didnt load chan_zap.so and gives this error

i also get the same message when running ztcfg -vvv after the upgrade.
However i would assume that a small patch to ztcfg.c to print
something else in the below if statement should take care of this,
since it doesn't seem to be an error per se. When running ztcfg -vvv
