The problem was on side of telco, because, they redefined all CICs and
latter the system turned on and the link stay OK.-

I think exception 4 and 6 may be yellow alarms.
Check with dahdi_scan or dahdi_tool if an alarm triggered on your E1.
You may need to troubleshoot with your telco to see whats up. Perhaps a
loose end, or bad cabling?

I have a problem with libss7, the server was correctly configured because
until last week everything was OK, but now... (i don't change the
configuration)
We can't see the linkset up I've tried with ss7linktest and this is the
result of the test.
