TDMV_DCHAN = 0
instead of commenting it out ?
Maybe it takes a default value if commented out...

I have a Sangoma A102 , connecting to a Siemens D900 Switch , I cannot get
the link to align at all, The far end switch is Siemens GSM [ SR 13 ]
switch , config from the switch side is NCRC, NA
