If you have time to test with libss7, its still based on zap/*/ trunks.
Might not be the best to use in a
production env. if you are not ready to put in some work.

connect is Ericsson MSC server and Media gateway (MGW).
THey give two points codes (One for the MGW and the other for MSC serveur).

Two points codes are normal for an SS7 link
1. OPC (originating point code) Your Asterisk node
2. DPC (destination point code) The MSC

lib_ss7 works with an MSC for me.
Perhaps one is your gateway and one is the real MSC.
