libss7 can do it out of the box.
I currently have one Asterisk instance with one ethernet span talking to
another ethernet span (2 ethernet interfaces, conected to the same switch).
Nothing special, just set each 2 E1 groups with the settings you'd like.

I have a ss7 box which has 4 digium E1 ports.
I want to use 2 E1 for one signallink link set with OPC = 0x7d0
And other two for another signalling link set with OPC =0x837
The DPC will be = 0x830.
Can I do this with Chan_SS7 and digium. Thanks for your response
