very strange,
but after all , even we were physically up and using the cable needed by
asterisk.
finally all our problem was with the cable even everything seems well.

can i reinstall chan_ss7-1.0.10 on the exist (chan_ss7 v0.9, asterisk 1.2.18,
zaptel 1.2.17.1).
are they compatible with each other, can anyone help if am gonna face any
