With the kind help from Patrick Wildt, I am be able to run OpenBSD 6.7 beta
on a NanoPi R2S. However, it hangs sometimes.
Later after some more digging I finally found it hangs only when
hw.perfpolicy set as 'auto'.
The 'apm' output as followed:
