I already have HTC Touch Input installed, by the way.

Install AppsInstaller or AppManager from the market place.
Under settings/applications check "Unknown Sources". This lets you
install apps outside the market place.
Copy the apk to your sd card. Install from your phone.

I am pretty sure that is proprietary to HTC.
