You might try rephrasing your question. Drawing a transparent line over an
image or a map seems pointless.

Hi,
Pls help me out on this one ... I have an image of a map ... I want to
draw lines over that image I have successfully displayed both the
line and the image But , the line is not transparently appearing
over the image The image is only displayed when i run the
