[android-developers] Mp3 file identification whether its playing slow or fast

Hello All, Android is new to me and i am looking for the APIs or any support on the Mp3 file, i am looking that wheher Mp3 file is playing fast ot slow, so how can i identify that the perticular file is playing fast or slow, i want information from file it self only. please let me know anyone
