Hi,
I have a hardware sampler "Roland SP-606" which has an unsupported "Advanced
Driver" mode.
I can't use it for both audio AND midi interface.
In windows 64 I used the "boss gs-10" driver successfully.
In alsa I found that the "boss gs-10" is now fully supported (24bit AND midi
support)

EDIT:Now sp-606 works for audio playback AND midi.TH
Unfortunately setting jack only to capture doesn't help.Jack stops.I've tried
many different scenarios in jack but only playback is opened.I've also tried
using hw:1 (Roland SP-606) and hw:1,0 (usb audio).
In capture-only mode I get the classical:

I tested latest Trulan's (from AVLinux) kernel on which the Roland SP-606
now works (playback AND capture) BUT there is no midi anymore...What output
messages should I post to help you out?
