I used a Creative Audigy (that's all, no XX after Audigy), with Alsa and jack
digital output for several months.
I had to install an USB2 card in my computer and made a harddrake (that was a
big mistake !). It modified my modprobe.conf, and now the digital I/O isn't
functional anymore.

I think, this was reported in bug report too.
User uses ld10k1, but didn't use init_audigy to initialize card.
Solution is not to use ld01k1 or use init_audigy script too.
