I have a problem with ES1371 and gameports.
I have two soundcards, one is the VIA 82Cxx on board, and the other is
ES1371 (SoundBlaster PCI 128).
The problem is that I need both gameports, but the onbard card have the
I/O port fixed to 0x200. With OSS driver I can pass the parameter
joystick=0x
