[Alsa-user] Running alsaconf

I'm using alsa under Debian Lenny. I don't know whether i have flaky hardware ( Intel 82801CA-ICH3 ) but i find that playing sound files works only intermittently. When it doesn't work, aplay and speaker-test both hang with no sound. I can fix this by running alsaconf, but that's a pain as it is in
