chipset , with sound card as recoginsed by "alsaconf"
intel8x0 intel corp. 82801EB AC'97 Audio (rev 02).
I have everything install of redhat 9.0
I did cvs checkout on 04/16/04 of ALSA suite.
I compiled and installed alsa-drivers and alsa-utils
