[Alsa-user] Preferred way to disable dmix

Hello, I have two sound cards in my system. The first one is the onboard sound card, I use it for all the system sounds. The second one is a ice1712-card, which is for high quality recording and output to my hi-fi system. For the first card, dmix is a good thing. But I do not want to have dmix
