Tried pipewire yet?  Manjaro has been doing pipewire for me quite delightfully.  And given (in the other post) that your two sound cards are synched by external cable, I'd expect pipewire to handle it all without difficulty, especially doing the wiring using this: https://github.com/ponderwort
