Hi,
I'd like to add that the sound works over the headphones but not over the
speaker. Anyway, that's the more important output device for a netbook IMHO.
Therefore, I won't upgrade to testing/sid but might try to compile a newer
Alsa version if you think that might help.

I bought a new Lenovo Ideapad S10-2 and installed Debian 5.0.3/Lenny.
Everything works fine except the sound. Ironically, even the webcam works.
I ran the alsa-info.sh script. So, the most important information should be
