Are midi_synth work on Audigy soundcard with ALSA (using SF2-soundfonts) ?
Or it work on SBLive! only ?
I have some SF2-soundfonts, size 65-110 MBytes, use now with TiMidity and iiwusynth.
Please help me.

I want to buy soundcard with midi-SF2-synth, SBLive, Audigy or Audigy_II.
In my SF2 collection some SF2-files, sizes 65 - 110 MBytes, i use TiMidity now.
I have information, what SBLive cann't to use SF2-file more then 32 MBytes. Is it
right ?

I have soundcard XWave-6000, based on YMF-754 chip.
alsa 0.9rc3 work properly, i have a nice sound in many apps.
How i can to use 2-nd line out on my card ? It work properly in Window$, but not work
with alsa/Linux. I used some variants in alsamixer, but have no sound from 2-nd out.

alsa driver, lib and utils 0.9rc5 compile and install ok.
kernel 2.4.19 with defs
my modules.conf is:
alias char-major 114 snd
alias snd-card-0 snd-intel8x0
but i have not /dev/snd
when i type:
modprobe snd-inte8x0
then i have /dev/snd/*
but alsaplayer not
