[Alsa-user] 5+1 seems not working

Dear penguins, my c-media audio chip on asus motherboard P4533 seems not working in 5+1. I am curently using the alsa driver provided by mandrake 10.0 distribution but if I play a DVD it works only in stero mode even if I configured the player in 5+1. Any comments about it?? Thank you. bye :-) _

[Alsa-user] Midi not working with AWE64

Dear all, I am a newbie with linux and registerd on this list. I have a problem with my AWE64 SB, it works fine with wav files but not with midi. I installed this card on Mandrake 10.0 using the command alsaconf and alsactl store and all were ok expect midi. What can I do to resolve this problem
