Jonas, my device is the rPac not the rDac. Are they equivalent in terms of
configuration?

an mtp-probe: bus: 5, device: 2 was not an MTP device
Feb 1 15:27:24 debian kernel: [ 415.252960] usbcore: registered new
interface driver snd-usb-audio
Can anyone make any sense of this?

I managed to retrieve the kernel tha makes the rPac work. it's the 3.2.0-44
as you can see from aadebug below. Also, below I listed the hw parameters
from this set up since it seems they cannot be setup by the other kernels.
I really would like to understand what needs to b

I am trying to make a usb DAC work onto my debian wheezy. The DAC is the
ARCAM rpac. the DAC is TI5102. It's got an Xmos chip.
