Solved the /dev/dsp issue:
But no success with mp3 playback.
Used the realtek alsa drivers:
no success
Used the latest alsa drivers:
no success
Booting Windows XP:
playing mp3s works perfectly
The same configuration worked for ADI1988B, must be a alc883 issue.
No ideas?
