I have a HP Pavillion 6535 that has an I810 chipset,
Ive compiled kernel 2.2.19pre8 and compiled 0.9rc1 alsa drivers libs and
utils
when i do a modprobe of the snd-inteli8x0 driver i get ..device not found
but after doing
dmesg i get:
PCI: No IRQ known for interrupt pin B of device
Hey people,
here is the solution for this one should anyone
require it .. someone may want to update the docs for this too..
modprobe snd-card-ad1848 snd_port=0x534 snd_irq=7
snd_dma=3
and thats it you will have sound ...
