Using Realtek ALC260 with snd-hda-intel, with 1.0.10 and lower versions I was
able to record sound with : arecord -d 10 -f cd -t wav -D copy foobar.wav
Now I get an error instead:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ $ arecord -d 10 -f cd -t wav -D copy foobar.wav
ALSA lib pcm.c:2099:(snd_pcm_open_noupdate)
When I try to run xmms & alsaplayer at the same time they block each other.
I know using esd this problem can be solved but anyone knows
another/more native
way for doing this?

At every reboot alsamixer resets itself to old settings is there a way
to keep the settings?
