I have 2 independent machines: one with built-in intel sound card, one
with soundblaster live 5.1. Both machines have Alsa 0.9.0rc2 installed.
(0.9.0beta12?). In both cases equalizer in xmms doesnt work - no effect
(it's surely on). Moreover, in soundblaster mixer sliders for bass and
treb

well, I think in docs they say to call modprobe snd-emu10k1...
