Have tried searching the archives a bit for this, but to no avail.
Perhaps someone can point me in the right direction.
I recently got audio-over-HDMI working on my ION-based HTPC. Was quite
a PITA actually (debian = woefully outdated).
But the 1st second or so of sound is always missing.
Got it working. Sorry for the noise!
