Ah! *In the middle *it hangs. 2 things do that.
1. Lack of throughput speed. A certain amount is cached, and then it runs
out & things go wrong. OR
2. Something else wakes up (e.g. nic replies to an arp query or something)
and it hangs.

I need help to get OSS sound card (driver "sb") working with ALSA.
In my .asoundrc I had defined:

I have also try to set boot kernel parameters:
- acpi=off noapci
but also don't help.
In the middle of playing some clip with xine, the system hangs again.
Any other Ideas ?
