i am trying to connect my BT headset to linux system thruogh rfcomm
I am able to connect...
but the connection lasts for only for few seconds..after that it gets
disconnected,.
When i try to play audo file using

I've got a home studio where I record using Ardour and Jack. The audio
interface is a Lexicon Omega (4 capture channels, 2 playback channels
via USB), which has been working perfectly through Jack via Alsa

I want to implement a "series second-order sections" filter in ALSA.
For example, I'd like to read from a file and apply the filter and then write
to an ALSA port.
Or, read from an ALSA port, apply the filter and then write to an ALSA port.
Is there an easy way to to this?

This bug has been fixed in ALSA 1.0.16rc2.

Sorry if this is received more than once, the original never seemed to arrive...
I have linux install on a powerbook G4 titanium and the sound does not work. At
best I get a short
burst of sound 1-5seconds long and then nothing and the application hangs (in
this case aplay).
