I am trying to build the application xdemorse and need to set my sound card
configuration in a header file:

Many cards don't have onboard midi support these days. As long as you compiled
with --with-sequencer=yes, you can run timidity to emulate midi.

Uh, I found a solution. I have 3 USB-Inputs, two leftsided, and one
right. Left is connected with usb-hdd and sound. But it's a splitted
usb-device. So I had to reorganize my peripherals. Now it works.

My MacBook Pro has Intel HDA STAC 922x. I would like to play MIDI files
(synthesizer) and use vkeybd to control apps like phasex.
