Hi together!
I bought the Terratec Aureon 5.1 USB MK.2 because it is supposed to work well
with alsa. But somehow I cannot get it to work properly.
I tried .asoundrc from
http://alsa.opensrc.org/Terratec_Aureon_5.1_USB_MK.2
exept, that my card usually shows up as hw:1 as I have a internal card

Thanks for the tip ... but I'm unhappy to report that
after going through all the options for ALC883 in
snd-hda-intel listed in
/usr/share/doc/alsa-base/driver/ALSA-Configuration.txt.gz
the volume level is still very very low...
I did notice that I get the following line in
