All,
I have laptop with an ATI IXP SB400 sound card. The sound didn't work
with the first install of Linux, but I fiddled with the External
Amplifier switch, and a couple of reboots later, I had sound, for a few
weeks.
But now, the sound has "disappeared", and I can't seem to get it back.
