AD, LDAP... dürfte dabei egal sein).
Die einzelnen Abteilungen tragen dort Gruppenzugehörigkeiten ein.
Wenn jemand neues ins otrs kommt, dann wird der account dort beim ersten
Login automatisch angelegt.

Oh, sorry, I am using a German keyboard here. [Strg] is [Ctrl] on an
English keyboard. So for the background dialog I was able to select all
files in a folder by pressing [Ctrl] + [a], but then you can only add
them if no folder has been selected, too.
