I feel that a recorded video meeting is the only solution. There is so much misunderstanding with written conversation. Hangouts can record to YouTube for later reference or public sharing. The searchability is not there, but that's a small price to pay and it could be transcribed if necessary.

I feel that a recorded video meeting is the only solution. There is so much misunderstanding with written conversation. Hangouts can record to YouTube for later reference or public sharing. The searchability is not there, but that's a small price to pay and it could be transcribed if necessary.
