OpenMandriva Cooker is updated on all architectures, no failures detected.
Also launched a successful build of AOSP master on Hikey (aarch64) with
4.0-rc3 (in this build, even the kernel is built with clang).

updated OpenMandriva packaging. Looks good, so far passes testing on all 4

issue in clang-tools-extra:
