This was on purpose, but also, I generally imagine that the person stating
the weather doesn't get said weather, but again, I leave that to
interpretation (although I imagine it would rule that they don't get the
weather).

selecting would get the effect, or which way you desire it
Probably nothing? Aside from blocking other players from specifying weather
for the week, and making you yourself unqualified?
