The term is "unqualified to be assigned as judge of a judicial case".
I also suggest that you add it to rule 1868, which governs assignment
of judges.

You can't appeal the CFJ as a whole. You can appeal the verdict, and
you can appeal the sentence. These are independent: you can appeal
either or both.
